Under Construction

Costa Rica.
I'm here. After a long redeye flight and a long lay over in Houston, I'm here.
Honestly, I was quite stressed and busy in trying to pack, store, and do last minute things that I needed to do before I left California. Despite the pressure, I somehow managed to talk to and be with friends and family that I wanted to see or hear their voice all before I departed... it all worked out.
Actually getting into San Jose, I was quickly reminded of the poor service and communication that people give you here and in most of Latin America. Idk. For some reason a lot of people here like to play the know-it-all when they just waste your time with b.s. I just had a frustrating experience with one of my checked bags that ended up missing for a while- I got it a day later so no worries.
As far as my job here goes, Strong Missions is now working away from the city of San Jose and is in a small town community that is closer to the rural agricultural area near the city. It's much more safer, quieter, and calm than the city. We are working with a family of 4 people on a project to construct a community playground area for the children and people of the community- it will be a nice change from the weed-filled hillside that was there before.
Today was the first day of work. I forgot how hard people here- cuz' I'm poop tired. haha!
More details about the work projects and stuff that I'm up to when I am able to.
Under construction is this road.
Wanting to speed at 85- I must go slower than I'd like and roll with the flow. I am where I'm at, with the people I'm with, and at this specific time for a reason that I will understand better one day; that is a much as I know. I would wish to have better control of my circumstances- as in where and who I'm able to see and be closer with- but not right now. Under construction is my road. I guess I have to wait and see how this will all turn out to be.

Not sure what that means...lol!
